In Sweden, the properties are mainly located around regional centres in Götaland, Svealand and along the E4 highway in Norrland, while the properties in Finland are concentrated around regional centres in the southern part of the country. In Norway, the properties are located in Grenland, south of Oslo.
The portfolio is managed by ten regional offices in Sweden, four in Finland and one in Norway. Property management primarily relies on in-house personnel for key functions such as tenant relations, technical management, and leasing, while property operations are entrusted to local suppliers in respective locations.
