Nyfosa is changing its name to Altra Fastigheter. It is still the same company, with the same operations and the same fundamental direction, but with a sharper positioning to create value for our tenants and shareholders. The new name is a way of manifesting our updated strategy.
Changing our name is a natural step in ensuring that our external identity aligns with our strategic development as a company. In short, we are inspired by our origins, but driven by our future.
Altra, which means “other” or “another” in Italian, reflects our ambition to always dare to consider the alternative — that is when truly great decisions are made. Through a structured and inquisitive approach to each property and investment, we create stronger long-term value and better places to live and work.
Will you change your name across all three markets?
The Group and all operations in Sweden will change their name to Altra Fastigheter. In Finland, we will continue operating under the Kielo brand, and under Bratsberg in Norway.
How will tenants be affected by the name change?
For tenants, the name change will not involve any practical changes. The payee on the rent invoice will change to Altra Fastigheter. Please see our contact details below.
Will the share or anything related to the stock exchange be affected?
The share will receive a new short name and ticker on the Nasdaq Stockholm — ALTRA. For our shareholders, no other changes will occur as a result.
Do shareholders need to take any action?
No, shareholders do not need to take any action related to the name change.
